3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly investigate the claim

• Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material

• Notify the user or supplier who posted the material, if applicable

• Provide confirmation of the action taken

We are a retailer of print-on-demand and sourced products. While we make efforts to ensure our designs do not infringe third-party rights, we rely on suppliers and design partners to provide legally compliant content. We take infringement claims seriously and cooperate with rights holders.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to pormhuber@pormhuber.com. The counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature

• Identification of the removed material and its previous location

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification

• Your name, address, and telephone number

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts or supplier relationships of repeat infringers.

6. Adult Content Compliance

We do not knowingly permit content that depicts minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal material. All models depicted in adult imagery are represented as 18 years of age or older.
