• Free Shipping: Orders totaling $59.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

• Flat Rate: Orders under $59.00 USD** are charged a flat shipping fee of **$7.99 USD.

4. Fulfillment Locations

Some products are printed in-house at a U.S. facility, while others are sourced from global suppliers to offer a wider selection. We only partner with suppliers who meet our strict quality control guidelines and standards. Depending on the product, your order may ship from different locations.

We understand that privacy matters. Adult-themed products are packaged discreetly whenever possible. The outer packaging does not display explicit adult imagery or detailed product descriptions.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at pormhuber@pormhuber.com and we will try to update the address before dispatch.
