Thank you for shopping at Pormhuber. We want you to be satisfied with your adult photo blanket purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for most non-custom, non-intimate items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it

• In its original packaging with all tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-printed or personalized blankets

• Adult-sensitive products that have been opened or used

• Intimate or adult imagery products where hygiene or content sensitivity applies

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale or clearance

For health, hygiene, and content-sensitivity reasons, opened or used adult-themed products cannot be returned.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at pormhuber@pormhuber.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for your return

• Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address by email. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional posting time may apply.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pormhuber@pormhuber.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order.
